Recipe
ingredients
2 cups of your favourite Two Good® yogurt
1 medium banana, peeled
8 ounces of strawberries with stems and leaves removed (about 1 cup)
8-10 ice cubes (about 1 cup)
directions
- Place all of the above ingredients into a blender.
- Puree the ingredients until the entire mixture is nice and smooth. It should be thin enough to drink, but thicker than water or juice.
- Carefully pour the smoothie into a glass to be enjoyed immediately, or a portable mason jar or cup if you’ll be sipping on the go.
Pro tip: Consider using frozen bananas and frozen strawberries as an alternative to fresh fruit in your smoothie; it’s a practical way to use up ripe fruit and reduce waste. A touch of vanilla or honey can also add a delightful twist. These variations allow you to tailor a delicious strawberry-banana smoothie to your taste.
