This dip can be made with plain Greek yogurt, vanilla yogurt, or strawberry yogurt, depending on the flavour and texture you’re looking for. The base can be sweetened or unsweetened, either version works well with the suggested mix-ins below.

In a medium bowl, combine:
• 1 cup of yogurt (plain, vanilla, or strawberry)
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
• A pinch of coconut sugar (optional)- Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve, or use immediately.
Serve with your choice of fresh fruit, apple slices, blueberry, strawberries, grapes, or whatever’s in season.
